After School Karate Program
Here is how our After School Karate program works:
We pick up your son/daughter from their school at dismissal time and bring them to our academy.
Upon return to the academy, there is homework time and a mandatory reading time. (Scholastic success is not only encouraged but required in our academy. Academics supersede the karate class.)
3) Karate time:
When the homework is completed, the karate session begins. Karate class lasts for 45 minutes per day, Monday through Friday and consists of cardio and endurance training as well as karate skills, bo staff, kata, self defense and anti-bullying techniques.
4) Parent Pick up time
Our school is, very much, a family environment and for that reason we do not charge parents for being late to pick up their children. We understand that work schedules and traffic can be difficult at times.
Also, we do not charge an extra fee for non-call, like the others "Academies" that charges you $10 everytime you forget to call announcing that your son/daughter is sick or didn't attend school. We understand time goes fast and things may be forgotten. Although we encourage parents to call and inform us when their child will not be picked up as planned to assist us in maintaining our schedule.

Our comprehensive After School Karate-do Transportation Program is not a Day Care or an extension of the school day. We create an engaging environment for children to interact with each other, allowing opportunities for them to make decisions and learn leadership skills. Mandatory reading and homework time are daily essentials.
Our family environment gives you peace of mind, knowing that you do not have to be stressed to pick up your child at a strict time. We understand parents often have strenuous work schedules and traffic can be problematic, at times.
